Air Transportation
Southwest Airlines is our official Airline Sponsor. All NATJA media members who include travel in their registration for the conference and depart from a Southwest city will receive a 'Must Ride' Green ticket to fly to Manchester, New Hampshire, approximately 2 ½ hours from Stowe. This ticket will allow you to book your own itinerary and make changes when needed. For those attendees who need to arrive one day early in order to fly Southwest Airlines, hotel accommodations will be made at no cost to the attendee. Conference attendees not departing from a Southwest Airline city, exhibitors, and companions will be responsible for their own transportation to Stowe. In this case, NATJA members will receive a $50 coupon for JetBlue Airways upon request. The Burlington Airport is just 40 minutes away from Stowe and services the following carriers: Continental Airlines, Delta Connection, Independence Air, JetBlue, Northwest, United Airlines, and US Airways.
Ground Transportation
Arrangements have been made for a shuttle service from Manchester (NH) International Airport for those who fly on Southwest. This shuttle service will pick up passengers from the Manchester airport on Monday May 29th at 7:00 PM and on Tuesday May 30th at 12:00 PM. There will also be shuttle service from Burlington (VT) International Airport to the Stowe hotels at 12:00 PM, 2:15 PM, and 4:45 PM on Tuesday May 30th. Shuttles will be provided on June 2nd at 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM to both Burlington & Manchester airports. For those not able to make those times, a price break will be negotiated with one of the shuttle companies operating from the airport. Beyond those options, you will be responsible for your own transportation.
