Fees & Deadlines

NATJA MEDIA MEMBERS

(Dues must be current)

Option 1 - NATJA Member with air transportation: $450

Registration fee for NATJA member includes:

Option 2 - NATJA Member no air transportation: $350

Registration fee for NATJA member includes:

NATJA ASSOCIATES

(Dues must be current)

NATJA Associate Exhibitor: $1000

Registration Fee for Associate includes:

  • Tours
  • Meals
  • Professional Development Seminars
  • Marketplace Table
  • Conference Program

Transportation is NOT included in registration fee. Discount rates available for hotels.

NATJA Associate Exhibitor - Marketplace Only: $750

Day Registration Includes:

  • Marketplace Table
  • Conference Program

Transportation is NOT included in registration fee.

EXHIBITOR - NON MEMBERS

(Not a member of NATJA)

Exhibitor Non Member fee: $1750

Registration Fee for Exhibitor includes:

  • Meals
  • Professional Development Seminars
  • Marketplace Table
  • Conference Program

Transportation is NOT included in registration fee. Discount rates available for hotels.

Exhibitor Non Member - Marketplace Only: $1150

Day Registration Includes:

  • Marketplace Table
  • Conference Program

Transportation is NOT included in the registration fee.

COMPANION/COLLEAGUES

Companion/Colleagues attending the entire conference with a NATJA Member, NATJA Associate, or Exhibitor Non Member fee: $400

Registration fee for Companion/Colleagues includes:

  • Hotel (shared room)
  • Meals
  • Tours

Transportation is NOT included in the registration fee.

Registration Confirmation

All Media and Associates registering online with a credit card will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation. All Media and Associates paying with a wire transfer or check will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as payment is received. If you do NOT receive an e-mail confirmation, please contact NATJA to ensure your registration has been processed.

Final Conference details and itineraries will be mailed out to each participant after the April 15, 2006 deadline. Changes can be made by contacting NATJA directly BEFORE April 1, 2006.

All participants need to pay in full before a room is reserved for them at the NATJA 2006 Conference & Marketplace.

Deadlines

All participants must register and have paid the registration fee, as well as annual dues, in full by April 1, 2006.

Cancellations

Individuals canceling on or before March 15, 2006 will be entitled to a full refund. Cancellations received after March 15, 2006 will be subject to a $150 service fee. NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations after April 1, 2006.
