- Arrival at Burlington International Airport, VT or Manchester International Airport, NH. Transfer by dedicated coaches to Stowe host hotels. Coaches depart Burlington airport at noon, 2:15 PM and 4:30 PM. Coaches depart from Manchester International Airport at 12:00 PM (also at 7:00 PM on Monday, May 29th for early arrivers.)
Late Afternoon and Evening

- Opening night cocktail party for journalists presented by Select Registry -Distinguished Inns of North America, hosted by Stone Hill Inn, catered by Michael's on the Hill

- Welcome Reception and Dinner hosted by Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa.
