Biography

A graduate of RIT and Harvard University, David has enjoyed an award wining eighteen-year career in photography, marketing, and advertising.

In 1986, David founded D.F. Noyes Studios in Boston, MA and quickly established himself as a corporate/advertising photographer for hundreds of corporations,ad agencies, and publictions including: Anheuser-Busch, Chevrolet Communications, Chevron, General Electric, Holley Performance Products, MTS Corporation, USTA, BBDO, Leo Burnett, Mintz & Hoke, and Y&R.

Shortly after relocating to Kentucky in 1993, David founded DFN&B Advertising as an ad agency/design firm to service small and mid-size corporations with media and strategic planning, concept development, and production of: national trade and consumer print advertising, annual reports, and collateral marketing materials.

In 2002, David co-founded Experience Media Corporation and is an editor, photographer, and writer for Experience Outdoors. Experience Outdoors is a quarterly controlled circulation recreational travel magazine which currently produces a thirty-thousand circulation edition in Kentucky with plans to expand into a nation network of state specific magazines.

Favorite Projects;
Two trips to East Africa to photograph remote tribes and wildlife. A week in Bahia Brazil photographing cigar-manufacturing facilities. Shooting a custom “Cigarette” branded Chevy Suburban on Miami Beach at dusk. Photographing Pat Day in the Jockey Room at Churchill
