Biography

Linda is a free-lance writer, based in Los Angeles, specializing in adventure travel. Her mission is to experience as many beautiful places as she can before they are no more. Her articles have appeared in numerous magazines as well as the L.A. Times. Presently, she is having a great deal of fun collecting travel stories, and profiles of people she has met in “naturally high places” for her next book Lost Angel Walkabout

A year long sabbatical on Kauai was the beginning of Linda's long-standing love affair with the Hawaiian Islands. Wai-nani-High Chiefess of Hawai`i-Her Ancient Journey is an evocative portrayal of the people of old. Wai-nani’s mythological journey, inspired by the powerful personage of Ka’ahumanu,the favorite wife of Kamehameha the Great,embodies the dramatic energy of her times.
