Biography

Virtual travel dreams became a reality when Marcie J. Bushnell started teaching high school French during the sixties. Based in Eugene, Oregon, Marcie began her fledgling travel life by promoting French summer cultural exchanges for her students. A francophile-at-heart, she has since expanded her world travel base to include other continents. Newly retired and ready to "rollaboard," Marcie and her husband seek active, culturally-focused travel to fuel her "writerlust."

A local community college course on magazine article writing piqued her imagination and channeled her vast collection of brochures, exchange student anecdotes and bulging photo albums into something tangible. Queries were answered, articles written, and Marcie's laptop computer became her inseparable companion.
