As a longtime NATJA member representing a DMO, I continue to enjoy unique and outstanding opportunities to network with a diverse group of media representatives through NATJA events and activities.

I have been able to travel and connect with friends and colleagues thanks to NATJA. From the professional development sessions to the DMO marketplaces, not only have I learned a lot to help me as a travel journalist but have also obtained story ideas and paid writing assignments thanks to the tremendous networking opportunities from the conferences.

Our VCB has relied on the fantastic opportunities and programs provided through our membership with NATJA. From quality media meet-ups and opportunities to host virtual destination tours to supportive DMO calls and destination features in NATJA's Travel World International Magazine, our membership has proved itself to be a great value over and again.

Through NATJA, I’ve not only made great friends and connections, but my career has also benefitted from other members generously sharing their wisdom and firsthand experiences in the areas where I wanted to grow most.

I have been a member of NATJA since February 2013 - two years after my travel blog, Weekend Jaunt, now called Trip Jaunt, was created. During this time, I have met an incredible community in the travel space that I have learned from and formed close friendships. My business acumen and connections to the broader travel community have grown exponentially.
