With the coronavirus limiting dine-in for restaurants, it almost seems like North Little Rock – home of walk-up barbecue stands and dairy bars – was made for this. As Arkansans, we’re used to eating outdoors. We’re used to withering humidity and only packing up a picnic when there’s five seconds between a flash of lightning and thunder’s boom. We’re well-equipped with bug spray or sunblock. As long as we have an ice-cold beer or sweet tea in hand, we can withstand anything.
So, here’s a list of North Little Rock restaurants that have outdoor dining. Some have covered patios with fans, some are just a couple of picnic tables in the shade. Some are offering it temporarily in response to coronavirus (but who knows? Some may become permanent).
Before going, check restaurant operating hours and whether or not outdoor seating is open at this time.
