When does the conference begin?

The conference will begin on Monday, June 2nd with an opening night dinner at 6:30 pm.

The conference will officially end on Thursday, June 5th after the closing luncheon. Attendees will have the option to attend the Palm Springs VillageFest, but are free to depart at any time Thursday afternoon.

NATJA will make a final schedule available closer to the start of the conference. A preliminary schedule is available here.

NATJA will coordinate with Visit Palm Springs to arrange transfers from/to Palm Springs International Airport.

Visit Palm Springs will provide transfers from/to
Palm Springs International Airport (PSP).

NOTE: Pre or post-press trips may require that media fly into or out of another airport. This information will be provided once press trips are announced.

Please contact NATJA at conference@natja.org to make any modifications to your hotel room reservation. NATJA is compiling a rooming list on behalf of all of our attendees, which will be provided to Margaritaville Resort.

Please provide any final changes for your hotel reservation by Friday, May 16, 2025. Any change requests after that day are at the discretion of the hotel and may incur additional costs to you.

Press trips are coordinated by Visit Palm Springs and their conference partners. As soon as NATJA receives the details, we will share the information with registered with media attedees.

Once NATJA receives all of the information necessary from Visit Palm Springs to ensure our attendees are well-informed, we will open up registrations for press trips, tours, and restaurants.
