Our largest attraction is LEGOLAND Florida Resort, but we have so much more than that. Come and see us! I tell journalists to reach out to me if they have plans to visit Florida, so we can look at options to work together.
3.) What hidden gem should not be missed when visiting your destination?
The Frank Lloyd Wright architecture collection at Florida Southern College in Lakeland. It’s the largest one-site collection of his work, in the world. Nearby Bok Tower Gardens, with its “Singing Tower” carillon is also a lovely attraction.
4.) What’s one feature that can’t be missed when visiting your website?
Our Blogs… as we have a wonderful webmaster who is constantly updating our site with blog posts about “the latest and greatest” that our destination has to offer. Peppa Pig and accommodations at Camp Margaritaville RV Resort and Safari Wilderness Ranch are some things to look up.
5.) How did you hear about NATJA, why did you join?
I don’t recall how I heard about NATJA but I’m always looking for new avenues to meet journalists, so I imagine someone referred me from another organization or conference.
