I have been a freelance writer since 1993. My work has appeared in numerous magazines including National Geographic Traveler and on several travel websites. I have authored/co-authored four books including the bestselling "Manitoba Book of Everything." My company published the first volume of "Chocolatour: A Quest for the World's Best Chocolate" in 2013. I am currently researching the second volume of the book which will focus on chocolate adventures and events around the world. I am interested in visiting destinations where I can further explore the world of chocolate, whether it be visiting cocoa plantations and meeting cocoa farmers, attending chocolate events and attractions, exploring the local artisanal chocolate scene, or being pampered with chocolate/cocoa based spa treatments. My audience is primarily women, but pretty much everyone in the world loves chocolate! I also plan and host chocolate tasting events, and chocolate group tours to various global destinations.
