My journalism career began at The Toronto Star Newspaper in 1995.I would eventually go on to write four columns there as well as feature stories in most of the paper's sections. Later I became a travel columnist for The Globe and Mail, a Contributing Editor with National Geographic Traveler, a columnist with Lexpert Magazine and more. Today you can read me in National Geographic, AFAR, Travel+Leisure, Conde Nast Traveler, and more, as well as on television and radio across North America.
